Why sometimes Magitime doesn't synchronize time?

Magitime has one sister utility called magisys which is responsible for time synchronization. If you have firewall programs loaded on your system and it does not allow this magisys to go online and check exact atomic time, this problem is occasionally happens. Please remove the restrictions set by your firewall for the program to work this properly.

Why I am not able to see Magitime's interface clearly?

Magitime has very rich type of graphical interface. If your system has using less 256 colors mode it does not appears properly. Please check the color settings from display properties and keep it more than 256 colors setting mode if possible.

Why World time on main interface is not showing properly?

Check your Date/Time property from control panel and check that Time zone is properly set or not. Correct your Time-zone if it is not set properly. After correction Magitime automatically starts displaying world time perfectly.

I want reset my all statistics freshly without deleting all the records. How can I do this?

If you want to reset all the statistics without deleting records use Reset Setting Module to do so. It does not delete your log records. 

I want to reinstall my computer. Can I able to save my all the logs and restore it again?

Magitime allows you to take backup of all the Magitime logs and records in a single file. You can do this with choosing "Manage Log Records > Backup Log Records" option from Magitime menu. Whenever you want to reapply them, select "Manage Log Records > Restore Log Records" option from Magitime Menu. Locate saved file from appeared dialog box to restore log records from the backup file.

I am regularly using chatting and downloading applications like MICR and Flashget. Is it possible to open them automatically when connection starts?

Magitime has a utility called Autostart. You can add your programs in Autostart module that you want start with the every online connection.

I am using telephone connection to browse Internet. I have to pay differently in Holidays and weekends. Is it possible to set different charges for holidays?

From Magitime 3.0 Holidays setting is been introduced. You can add dates and weekdays for Holidays and configure them in expense module to do. You can study all the details regarding this in the help topic regarding Expense settings and Holiday settings.

Why doesn't Maginet works sometimes.

Whenever Maginet has to check online status it has to go online. Some times your firewall programs do not allow Maginet do so. Please configure your firewall and remove restrictions that allow Maginet to go online.
